These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lumichestpet.com and the purchase of products from LUMICHESTPET.COM (“LUMICHESTPET.COM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility

LUMICHESTPET.COM sells pet grooming and care products. Product information is provided for general informational purposes. Unless expressly stated and legally authorized, our products are not drugs or veterinary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Unless the product label expressly states otherwise, products are for external use only. Use products only as directed on the label. Avoid contact with the pet’s eyes, mouth, and open wounds. Review the ingredient list and perform a small-area patch test before first use. Stop use if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs and consult a qualified veterinarian when appropriate. Results may vary by animal.
You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your pet, including in light of age, breed, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, nursing, medications, and existing health conditions. Always consult a veterinarian when in doubt.
3. Product Information and Availability
We try to display product descriptions, ingredients, colors, packaging, and images accurately, but displays and production changes may cause reasonable variations. We may update product formulations, packaging, prices, promotions, and availability without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Products may be limited in quantity and may be discontinued. We may impose purchase limits or refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, resale, pricing errors, payment problems, or inventory unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where practicable. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We accept an order when it is fulfilled or shipped, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Shipping, Preorders, and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Most products are shipped from within the United States. Preorder products may ship from a different or undetermined location, and their estimated shipping date will be stated on the applicable product page or order communication.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
You may request cancellation before an order ships by contacting info@lumichestpet.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed because orders may enter processing quickly. Once shipped, an order is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible non-defective returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 20% handling fee calculated solely on the merchandise price of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping charges and taxes, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. This fee does not apply to verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and expiration dates. Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used toward taxes or shipping.
8. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have permission to use it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMICHESTPET.COM AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, INCLUDING TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
